English Test B1 Level needed

Dear students,
I am writing to inform you that it is compulsory to take the B1 English test before taking the Law and the Humanities final exam, which makes you eligible for the credits for Legal English (lingua giuridica inglese).

The aim of the fourth "Law and the Humanities" course at the RomaTre Law Faculty (March-May 2011) is to explore the fascinating, hopefully problematical interactions between Law and Literature, Law and Philosophy, Law and Anthropology, Law and Cinema, Law and Architecture, Law and Iconography, Law and Music and even Law and Superstiton with the help of well known professors as well as PhD students coming from all over the world. They will express themselves in the new "lingua franca", English, which is particularly suitable for a Law and the Humanities course, as we have only recently "imported" this field of study - at least within the academia - from the United States.

This blog will be the virtual place where students will find information about the course program, about the speakers' c.v., about the suggested readings, about the final exam and much more.
